Orders are subject to stock availability and we reserve the right to decline or cancel orders at any time.
It is the responsibility of the recipient to ensure that they or one of their representatives are available at the delivery address to sign for the ordered parcel when it arrives.

The customer is required to choose a username (their email address) and a password during registration. ToysGiftsGadgets.com are committed to refund / exchange products in unfortunate and rare situations where products are faulty. Customers are required to report faults within 14 days of receiving the product. Products will be inspected when they are returned back to us. In situations where products incorrectly deemed faulty by the customer are sent to us, we reserve the right to return the product back to the customer instead of processing a refund or exchange. In circumstances like these, we may also claim back additional delivery charges incurred to us.
Customers who change their mind may also return the product for a refund within 21 days of delivery. The product must be unopened and in the same state as which it was received by the customer. ToysGiftsgadgets.com shall conduct a full refund for the price of the item itself (i.e. excluding postage, packing and processing costs of the original order). In situations where the product is not in the original state, we reserve the right to return the product back to the customer instead of processing the refund and we may claim back additional delivery charges incurred by us.
